Customize the Windows Explorer

If your tired of Windows Explorer always opening up with My Documents.
You can customize it, by changing the properties for the Windows Explorer icon and replace the 
Target field with:
%SystemRoot%\explorer.exe /n, /e, c:\yourfoldername
